BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PAYMENTS ACT 2004 - SECT 68

A certificate of registration must state the following particulars--

(a) the registrant's name;

(b) the day the registration becomes effective;

(c) the day the registration expires;

(d) the registration number;

(e) the registration conditions.
