BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PAYMENTS ACT 2004 - SECT 55

A certificate of registration must state the following particulars--

(a) the authorised nominating authority's name;

(b) the address of the authority's principal place of business;

(c) the day the registration becomes effective;

(d) the day the registration expires;

(e) the registration number;

(f) the registration conditions.
