BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PAYMENTS ACT 2004 - SECT 53
53 Authorised nominating authority must ensure adjudicators are registered
An authorised nominating authority must not refer an adjudication application
to a person unless the person is registered as an adjudicator under division
3.
Maximum penalty--500 penalty units.
