Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If an adjudicator decides that the respondent is required to pay an adjudicated amount, the respondent must pay the amount to the claimant on or before the relevant date.
(2) In this section--
relevant date means--
(a) the date that is 5 business days after the date on which the adjudicator's decision is served on the respondent; or
(b) if the adjudicator decides a later date under section 26(1)(b)--the later date.
