Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) On the forfeiture of a thing to the State, the thing becomes the State's property and may be dealt with by the State as the EPA chief executive considers appropriate.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the State may destroy or otherwise dispose of the thing.
