BIODISCOVERY ACT 2004 - SECT 56
56 False or misleading information given by person seeking benefit sharing agreement
A person, in seeking a benefit sharing agreement, must not state anything to
the DSDI Minister that the person knows is false or misleading in a material
particular.
Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
