BIODISCOVERY ACT 2004 - SECT 55
55 Contravening a condition of a benefit sharing agreement
A biodiscovery entity must not contravene a condition of a benefit sharing
agreement imposed under section 35(1) or (2).
Maximum penalty--100 penalty
units.
