Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a biodiscovery entity wants to amend its approved biodiscovery plan, the entity must apply, in the approved form, to the DSDI chief executive for approval of the amended plan.
(2) Sections 37 to 40 apply to the application as if it were an application for approval of the existing plan as amended by the proposed amendment.
