Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A biodiscovery entity may apply to the DSDI chief executive for approval of a biodiscovery plan.
(2) The application must be made in the approved form.
(3) The approved form must provide for inclusion of the details mentioned in section 37.
