Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The holder of a collection authority must give to the DSDI chief executive, within 15 business days after each 30 June and 31 December, a material disposal report about all native biological material--
(a) taken under the authority; and
(b) given to someone else, whether or not for gain; and
(c) for which the holder has not previously given a material disposal report to the chief executive.
Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the holder has a reasonable excuse for not giving the report as required under the subsection.
