Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA collection authority must be in the approved form and state each of the following--
(a) its number;
(b) its issue date;
(c) its expiry date;
(d) the section 14 conditions for the authority;
(e) the holder's name and, if the holder is not an individual, the holder's ACN or ABN;
(f) the holder's place of business;
(g) the type of native biological material that may be taken;
(h) the material's scientific classification, to the extent known by the applicant;
(i) the area from which the material may be taken.
