Currency period under the Planning Act, s 85(1) for building development approval
90 Currency period under the Planning Act, s 85(1) for building development
approval
(1) The period, or extended period, under the demolition/removal
completion condition of the building development approval is taken to be, for
the Planning Act , the currency period for the approval.
(2) The currency
period under subsection (1) may not be extended under the Planning Act .
