Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, under IPA, an advice agency for a building development application has jurisdiction for a part of building assessment work for the application.
(2) The assessment manager must not approve the application unless IPA, section 3.5.4(2)(b) or 3.5.5(2)(a) has been complied with.
