Retrospective validation of building certifying functions performed during relevant period
320 Retrospective validation of building certifying functions performed during
relevant period
(1) This section applies to a building certifying function
performed by an individual who holds a renewed licence mentioned in
section 319.
(2) The individual is taken to be, and always to have been,
licensed when performing the function.
