Appeal to the court against chief executive’s decision
276 Appeal to the court against chief executive’s decision
(1) If— (a) a
person has appealed to the court under the unamended Act against a decision of
the chief executive; and
(b) the appeal has not been decided before the
commencing day;
the court may decide the appeal as if the unamended Act were
not amended by the amending Act.
(2) If— (a) a person could have appealed
to the court under the unamended Act against a decision of the chief
executive; and
(b) the person has not appealed before the commencing day;
the
person may appeal against the decision under the unamended Act as if the
unamended Act were not amended by the amending Act.
