Information to be given by the State
255 Information to be given by the State
(1) Subsection (2) applies to
building work that, under a regulation under the Planning Act , is accepted
development if carried out by or on behalf of the State or a public sector
entity.
(2) If the building work is carried out by or on behalf of the State
or a public sector entity, the State must give to the local government the
information prescribed under a regulation.
