Tribunal may conduct disciplinary proceeding
246DA Tribunal may conduct disciplinary proceeding
(1) The tribunal may, on
application by the QBCC commissioner, conduct a disciplinary proceeding to
decide whether a ground for taking disciplinary action against a pool safety
inspector is established.
(2) An application under subsection (1) must be
made as provided under the QCAT Act .
