Making code of conduct for pool safety inspectors
246AZ Making code of conduct for pool safety inspectors
(1) The QBCC
commissioner may make a code of conduct for pool safety inspectors for
performing pool safety inspection functions (the
"code of conduct for pool safety inspectors" ).
(2) The Minister must, within
14 sitting days after the code of conduct for pool safety inspectors takes
effect, table a copy of the code in the Legislative Assembly.
