Local government to give information to QBCC commissioner
246AIB Local government to give information to QBCC commissioner
(1) The
QBCC commissioner may, by notice given to the local government, ask the local
government to give the commissioner information contained in a record kept by
the local government under section 246AIA(1) (b) .
(2) The local government
must comply with the request.
