245R When decision has effect
(1) A decision to cancel an approved pool
safety management plan takes effect when the information notice about the
decision is given to the owner.
(2) If the QBCC commissioner decides to
require the owner to amend an approved pool safety management plan, the plan
is taken to have been amended— (a) in the way stated in the notice given
under section 245Q (2) (b) ; and
(b) when the information notice about the
decision is given.
