231D What is the pool safety standard
(1) The
"pool safety standard" is— (a) QDC, part MP3.4; and
(b) any other standard
prescribed under a regulation for ensuring the safety of persons using a
regulated pool.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a prescribed standard
may provide for both or either of the following for the pool— (a) the form
of a resuscitation sign and the way it must be displayed;
(b) the
requirements for devices used for recirculation of water in the pool.
