Chief executive may approve public service employees to assess RCBs
231AG Chief executive may approve public service employees to assess RCBs
(1) The chief executive may approve a public service employee to carry out an
assessment of an RCB for this chapter.
(2) The chief executive may only
approve a public service employee if the chief executive reasonably considers
the employee has the qualifications, knowledge or experience appropriate for
carrying out an assessment of an RCB.
