(b) any other standard
prescribed under a regulation for ensuring that all the occupants of a budget
accommodation building may be safely evacuated in the event of a fire in the
building.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a prescribed standard may
provide for all or any of the following for the building—
(a) the allowable
number of occupants;
(b) the provision and maintenance of fire safety
systems;
(c) training programs for occupants and persons employed in the
building about—
