BUILDING ACT 1975 - SECT 20

20 Building work that is assessable development for IPA

All building work is assessable development, unless--

(a) under section 22, it is exempt development; or
(b) under section 21 it is self-assessable development; or
(c) it is operational work mentioned in IPA, section 3.2.2B.
