QBCC may seek information from applicants about suitability
187 QBCC may seek information from applicants about suitability
(1) This
section applies to an application for, or to renew, a licence.
(2) QBCC may,
by notice to the applicant, require the applicant to give it, within a stated
reasonable period, documents or information QBCC reasonably considers is
needed to establish that the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence.
(3) The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the
stated period, the applicant does not comply with the requirement.
