Restrictions on making endorsement
163 Restrictions on making endorsement
(1) A private certification
endorsement may be made only if the applicant has the insurance for private
certification prescribed under a regulation.
(2) A development approval
endorsement may be made only if the applicant has satisfactorily completed the
course, prescribed under a regulation, about issuing building development
approvals.
