ADOPTION OF CHILDREN ACT 1964 - SECT 5B
5B Inherent jurisdiction of Supreme Court preserved
No provision of this Act shall be construed to restrict or prejudice the
jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in relation to persons who have not attained
the age of 18 years.
