Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsAn interim order, whether under this Act or the repealed Acts, ceases to have effect upon the making of an order for the adoption of that child, whether made in Queensland or in another State or in a Territory of the Commonwealth or in New Zealand.
