Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this section, a consent for the purposes of the preceding provisions of this division shall be evidenced by an instrument of consent substantially in accordance with the prescribed form signed by the person giving the consent and attested as prescribed.
(2) A consent referred to in section 20(2) or (3) has no force or effect unless it is attested by the chief executive or a person authorised in writing by the chief executive to attest that consent or generally to attest such consents.
