Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by the Governor in Council by proclamation published in the gazette.
(2) Sections 1 to 4 and 6, division 2 of part 3, part 5 and sections 64 to 66 shall come into operation on the date of publication in the gazette of the proclamation for the purposes of subsection (1).
