Minister to transfer land as soon as practicable
91 Minister to transfer land as soon as practicable
(1) The Minister must, by gazette notice as soon as practicable after the land
vests in the State, transfer the land under this part.
(2) The gazette notice
must include— (a) a description of the land being transferred; and
(b) the
name of the entity to whom the land is transferred.
