Resource reservations under other Acts81 Resource reservations under other Acts
A deed of grant of granted land must contain the reservations to the State taken to be contained in the grant under the following—
• the Geothermal Energy Act 2010 , section 29
• the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009 , section 28
• the Mineral Resources Act 1989 , section 8
• the Petroleum Act 1923 , section 10
• the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 , section 27 .
