Cancellation of deed of grant in trust47 Cancellation of deed of grant in trust
(1) This section applies if a deed of grant (the
"new deed" ) over all or part of the land comprised in a deed of grant in trust takes effect under section 44 .
(2) The deed of grant in trust is cancelled to the extent of the new deed.
