Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The trustee of transferred land may apply to the Minister for an approval to transfer all or a part of the land.
(2) The application must--
(a) be in the approved form; and
(b) be accompanied by evidence satisfactory to the Minister of the matters mentioned in section 40ZE(1)(a) in relation to the transfer.
