(1) The trustee must appoint an appropriately qualified and independent person
(a
"probity advisor" ) to ensure the probity of the allocation process for the
available land.
(a) monitor the allocation
process for the available land; and
(b) advise the trustee on matters
relating to the probity of the allocation process; and
(c) prepare and give
to the trustee a report about the probity of the allocation process and, if
reasonably satisfied the allocation process was undertaken correctly, certify
that fact.
