Survey costs etc. to be paid by State
290 Survey costs etc. to be paid by State
(1) Survey costs incurred in relation to the preparation of a deed of grant
under section 38 , 74 or 287 are to be paid by the State.
(2) No fees or
charges are payable for the preparation and registration of— (a) a deed of
grant in fee simple under this Act; or
(b) a lease prepared for section 284 ;
or
(c) a surrender, under or for this Act, of a deed of grant or lease
mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) .
(3) This section has effect despite any
other Act.
