ABORIGINAL LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 26B

This part applies to the following land--

(a) available State land;

(b) land dedicated as a reserve under the Land Act;

(c) a stock route;

(d) land subject to an occupation licence;

(e) land held under a lease under the Land Act by or for Aboriginal people.
