Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), city or town land is land that is, at the beginning of the enactment day, within the boundaries of a city or town constituted under the Local Government Act 1993 or the City of Brisbane Act 1924.
(2) A regulation may change the boundaries of a city or town.
(3) A regulation under subsection (2) has effect only for this Act.
