ABORIGINAL LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 16A

In this division--

relevant land means the following land, or a part of the land--

(a) DOGIT land;

(b) Aboriginal reserve land, other than land declared under a regulation for section 14;

(c) Aurukun Shire lease land;

(d) Mornington Shire lease land.
