146 Exemption from fees and charges
(1) This section applies to an instrument of lease for a home ownership lease.
(2) No fee or charge is payable for— (a) the lodgement and registration of
the instrument in the land registry; or
(b) the provision by the registrar of
other services for the lodgement and registration of the instrument.
