ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1981 - SECT 61

61 Membership of management committee

(1) An incorporated association must have a management committee.

(2) All members of the management committee must be adults.

(3) The management committee must have at least 3 members of whom—

(a) 1 holds the office of president; and

(b) another holds the office of treasurer.
