53 Transitional—extrinsic material—speech in Legislative Assembly
(1) This section applies in relation to a Bill introduced in the Legislative
Assembly before the commencement of this section.
(2) A reference in
section 14B(3), definition "extrinsic material" , paragraph (f) to a speech made to the Legislative
Assembly by the member when introducing the Bill is taken to be a reference to
a speech made to the Legislative Assembly by the member in moving a motion
that the Bill be read a second time.
