ANIMAL CARE AND PROTECTION ACT 2001 - SECT 95

95 Chief executive may make monitoring program

(1) The chief executive may, by complying with the requirements of this part, make a program stating requirements for authorised officers about monitoring a compulsory code requirement or the scientific use code (a
"monitoring program" ).

(2) However, a failure to comply with a requirement of this part does not invalidate or otherwise affect the monitoring program.

(3) A monitoring program may be for any of the following—

(a) more than 1 compulsory code requirement;

(b) compulsory code requirements under different codes of practice;

(c) a compulsory code requirement and the scientific use code.
