ANIMAL CARE AND PROTECTION ACT 2001 - SECT 90

90 Surrender of registration

(1) A registered person may, by notice to the chief executive, surrender the registration.

(2) The surrender takes effect on the later of the following—

(a) the day the notice is given;

(b) a day stated in the notice for the surrender.
