53 Chief executive may seek further documents or information
(1) The chief executive may, after a registration application has been made,
by notice, require the applicant to give the chief executive a stated document
or information that is relevant to the application.
(2) The notice may
require the applicant to verify the correctness of the document or information
by statutory declaration.
