170 False or misleading documents
(1) A person must not give an inspector a document containing information the
person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) applies even if the
document was not given in response to, or in purported compliance with, a
document production, information or personal details requirement or another
specific requirement under another specific power.
