(c) reasonably believes the person is
the person in charge of an animal and the inspector proposes to give the
person an animal welfare direction.
(2) When making the requirement, the
inspector must give the person an offence warning.
(3) The inspector may also
require the person to give evidence of the correctness of the stated name or
required address if, in the circumstances, it would be reasonable to expect
the person to—
(a) be in possession of evidence of the correctness of the
stated name or address; or
(b) otherwise be able to give the evidence.
(4) A
requirement under this section is called a
"personal details requirement" .
