(1) If a vehicle, that an inspector may enter under this part other than an
aircraft or train, is moving or about to move, the inspector may signal (a
"stop signal" ) the person in control of the vehicle—
"stop" , a vehicle, includes requiring it to remain stationary for the time
reasonably necessary to enable a function or power under this or another Act
to be performed or exercised.
