Return of identity card
121 Return of identity card
(1) A person who ceases to be an inspector must return the person’s identity
card to the chief executive within 21 days after ceasing to be an inspector
unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Penalty—
Maximum
penalty—20 penalty units.
(2) If an inspector’s appointment is
suspended under section 118D, the inspector must return the inspector’s
identity card to the chief executive within 14 days after being given notice
of the decision to suspend.
