ANIMAL CARE AND PROTECTION ACT 2001 - SECT 103
Resignation
103 Resignation
(1) An authorised officer may resign by signed notice given to the chief
executive.
(2) However, if holding office as an authorised officer is a
condition of the authorised officer holding another office, the authorised
officer may not resign as an authorised officer without resigning from the
other office.
